The hotel was centrally located and had spacious and clean rooms. The staff were able to speak German, making communication easier. We appreciated that our room was available even though our arrival was unexpected.

The hotel had a great location - right in the heart of the city and close to many restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help out with anything we needed. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, which was definitely a plus. Plus, it had free Wi-Fi and a TV with many channels.

The hotel was quite noisy, both in the room and on the street outside. It made it difficult to sleep at night, which was a big drawback.

We also felt secure, as we were given a security access key to the rooms area.
